AVID 6th grade (Period Per 1)

 AVID elective is a college prep course which focuses on five areas to prepare students for rigorous academic classes in middle school, high school, and college.  We use WICOR: Writing, inquiry, collaboration, organization, and reading to learn as our focus areas.  

 

Tutorials with college and cross-age tutors occur every Tuesday and Thursday throughout the year.  Every student must arrive with a prepared TRF (tutorial request form) for tutorial.
