2016-2017 AVID Applications in English & Spanish

AVID stands for Advancement Via Individual Determination and is a program for students that are highly motivated and willing to work hard for academic success but need additional support to achieve it. Students in the AVID program are enrolled in the AVID elective class in which they learn note taking and organizational skills and are supported through in class tutoring sessions. AVID students have a very high placement rate in four year colleges. This is achieved through student, parent and tutorial teamwork!
