Cassandra Rollins, an Instructional Coach at Rancho Viejo Middle School, was chosen as the Faculty Focus Friday employee for middle schools. Cassandra is a driving force on the school's leadership team, schoolwide professional development while coaching new teachers, and she assists with any and every task that is asked of her and she often jumps in to assist as needed. For example, she often assists our back-office if and when students need assistance with printing a class schedule, answering questions in regards to students, and assists with testing and technology. She also coaches department chairs and teacher lead teams on becoming effective leaders within the professional learning community models and frequently supports our administration and counseling teams with schoolwide events and initiatives. Cassandra is usually one of the first staff members on campus, and the last to leave. Her commitment to students, staff, and the community is evident and we are so thankful to have her as a Rancho Viejo team member!
