AVID SCHOOL SUPPLY LIST

3 inch binder

Several packages of lined filler paper

Pencils (if you purchase mechanical pencils, be sure to buy extra lead)

Pens (blue or black for regular use, color used only for note revision)

Highlighters (you must carry TWO colors at all times)

Eraser

Whiteboard markers

Ruler with metric and standard measurement (it needs one or three holes to go in the binder rings)

Dividers for the binder (5 or more)  NO POCKETS NEEDED

Spiral notebooks (these must fit in the binder rings) – no composition books.  These are only for the classes which require them

Zipper pencil pouch with three holes to fit in the binder (no pencil boxes needed)

PE clothes (MUST dress out daily)

Optional items:  mini stapler, 3-hole punch, hole reinforcements, hand pencil sharpener, colored pencils, scissors, duct tape for binder repair. 

 THESE SUPPLIES ARE REQUIRED FOR AVID STUDENTS.

Binder checks are done regularly and are a part of the AVID grade.
