Michele Gonzalez-Adams was selected as Rancho Viejo Middle School’s Employee of Excellence in recognition of her dependability, initiative, and unwavering commitment to supporting our students. She consistently goes above and beyond her responsibilities to ensure that students feel recognized and celebrated for their achievements.
One example of Michele’s dedication is the way she has enhanced our Student of the Month program. She has taken ownership of organizing and managing the certificates, while also improving the program by adding student photos that are displayed throughout the MPR to highlight and celebrate our honorees. In addition, she created magnets for parents so families can proudly display their child’s recognition at home. These thoughtful additions have elevated the program and strengthened the sense of pride and community at Rancho Viejo.
Michele’s reliability, creativity, and student-centered mindset make her an invaluable member of our school community and truly deserving of the Employee of Excellence recognition!
